“We were the architects retained on behalf of IRD Kiltimagh to design and supervise the refurbishment and extension of The Town Hall Theatre, Kiltimagh.
Luxury Living Éireann were the contractors selected to carry out the project. We can confirm the project was completed within budget and within the agreed programme of works. Furthermore we were satisfied the work was carried out to a good standard and would be happy to work with LLÉ in future projects.”

Luxury Living Éireann installers are fully certified by IAB (Irish Agreement Board). Installation takes less than a day and there is little or no mess left behind.
The cavity wall insulation process is simple, quick and very effective. Small 22mm holes are drilled into the exterior of your home. If the property has a brick façade, the holes will be drilled into the mortar joints to minimise the aesthetic impact on the bricks. Insulation beads are then pumped into the cavity between the exterior and interior walls. Upon completion, the small holes are filled with cement putty which is tinted to match the colour of the walls/mortar.
The Irish government has made grants available to help people pay for installation of cavity insulation. The scheme called the Better Energy Homes Scheme is available to all homes built before 2006. A grant of €320 is available for cavity insulation.
