“We contracted Luxury Living Éireann to construct our new dwelling house and garage. The build was a two story dwelling house of 3,000sq ft and 750 sq ft detached garage. Our specification required some non standard features such as enhanced insulation in the cavities and internally, raised cathedral (vaulted) ceilings, and separate drainage systems for rainwater, wastewater and sewage. We also had a very high electrical and heating specification including under-floor heating throughout and installation of solar panels for hot water. LLÉ were awarded the contract for the complete build including all external finishes and complete landscaping of the property, which we moved into 100% complete of February 2010.
